DiscoverU 2025: October 6th thru the 9th.    

 

During DiscoverU week each day will have a different collage and career theme as well as Spirit Days! 

Monday: Classroom to Career and Spirit Day: Wild about our futures, wear wild socks and wacky hats

Tuesday: Lead Your Community and Spirit Day: Dress like a role model or a professional, such as parents, teachers, community members, or a specific occupation you admire.

Wednesday: Bright Futures Day and Spirit Day: Wear bright colors and sun glasses

Thursday: College and Spirit Day: Rock some college gear or college colors

The main goal of DiscoverU career-related activities is to expose scholars to a vast variety of careers available. And educational paths to meet those goals.
Why is career and college exploration in elementary school important?
When students think about and plan for their futures, they do better in school and be more likely to reach their goals!
